Getting Started

1. Submit the Admission Application.

     Stop by our school for an Admission Application OR apply online by
   clicking application link.
   
   

   
   
2. Interview with an Admission Advisor.

      Call to schedule a personal interview with Camille, our Admission Advisor is the
   best way to make sure the Academy of Cosmetology is the best school for you.
   We will talk about your academic and career goals and have all your questions answered.

3. Tour the School.

      You will have the opportunity to meet with current students and instructors.

4. Complete the Financial Aid Application.

   The Academy of Cosmetology will provide you with many financial aid and financial assistance options to help you meet your education goals.

5. Complete the Enrollment Agreement.

   Once you have decided that the Academy of Cosmetology is the best school for you, all that is left is completing the Enrollment Agreement.

Enrollment Requirements

1. Applicants must:
   
   
   • Be 16 years of age by the time of course completion
   • Have a GED or High School Diploma or have completed the 10th grade
     
     
2. Applicants for the Instructor program must have a high school diploma or GED and hold a current South Carolina license in Cosmetology, Nail Technology, or Esthetics.
   
   
3. Applicants must be in good health.
   
   
4. Applicants must pass the Academy of Cosmetology entrance test.

Tuition & Fees

Day Class (Full Time) Schedule:
Tues-Sat 9:00 am to 5:15 pm

Evening Class (Part Time) Schedule:
Tues-Fri 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm

**Part Time Students will attend school the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month after receiving 300 clock hours.
